Return Eligibility

• Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain products like intimate apparel, swimwear, and cosmetics are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Initiating a Return

1. Submit a Request: Contact support@misstemptress.co.uk with your order number and email address.

2. Await Approval: After review, you’ll receive an email with further instructions.

3. Prepare the Package: Securely pack items in their original packaging.

4. Ship the Return: Attach the provided return label and send the package via your chosen postal service. Retain the tracking number for reference.

Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility: Customers cover return shipping costs; original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Returns

• Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we’ll inspect the items to ensure they meet our criteria.

• Refunds: Approved returns are processed within 14 business days, with refunds issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Policy: We don’t offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Reporting: If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact our customer service within 7 days with your order number and photos of the issue for prompt assistance.
